Police arrested two most wanted fugitives in separate operations in Bulacan and Angeles City.
The first suspect, a 59-year-old vendor known as alias “Intoy,” was caught in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
Authorities identified him as the main suspect in a murder case linked to a drug-related dispute.
Operatives from the San Jose del Monte City Police arrested him by virtue of an arrest warrant for murder.
In Angeles City, police captured alias “Bonbon,” a 23-year-old resident of Occidental Mindoro.
He was wanted for two counts of statutory rape, based on a warrant issued by the San Jose Regional Trial Court Branch 45.
Both suspects are now in police custody. No bail was recommended in either case.
According to Police Regional Office 3, these arrests show that “no place is safe for criminals.” Police continue to urge the public to cooperate in maintaining peace and order in their communities.
