One person died while seven others were injured in a road crash involving three vehicles in Initao, Misamis Oriental dawn on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
Based on initial investigation, a truck was traveling toward Iligan City while a Titan Mazda and a Toyota Innova were heading to Cagayan de Oro City when the accident happened.
Upon reaching the place of incident, the Toyota Innova suddenly crashed into the two vehicles.
Because of the impact, the driver of Toyota Innova and his seven passengers were brought to the hospital, but one of the passengers was declared dead on arrival.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
