President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. cast his vote for Eleksyon 2025 here at Mariano Marcos Memorial Elementary School in Batac City.

In a report by Anna Felicia Bajo on GMA News Online, the President was with Ilocos Norte Rep. Sandro Marcos, former First Lady Imelda Marcos, and Irene Marcos.

Marcos greeted the media and briefly showed the list of local candidates that he would vote for.

“Wala naman surprise dito eh,” Marcos told reporters.

Marcos encountered a minor glitch, but his ballot was successfully accepted by the machine.

His ballot got stuck for a while, prompting an election officer to come to him and fix the machine.

After casting their votes, Marcos and the former First Lady went to the Immaculate Conception Parish, together with Sandro and Irene.

Meanwhile, First Lady Louise “Liza” Araneta-Marcos and sons Sandro, Joseph Simon, and William Vincent cast their votes at the Calayab Elementary School.

They fell in line similar to the other registered voters.

Sandro, who is seeking reelection, urged the public to go out and cast their votes for the midterm polls.
