House Speaker Martin Romualdez has cast his vote but experienced slight delay due to a glitch in the Automated Counting Machine (ACM).
Romualdez cast his vote at around 1 p.m. at the V&G de la Cruz Memorial School in Tacloban City.
When the ballot was fed to the ACM, the machine rejected it. Romualdez tried feeding his ballot three times. After which, assistance of the technical staff was sought. Romualdez had to wait for a while, until his ballot was accepted.
Romualdez who is seeking reelection is an unopposed candidate for congressman in the 1st District of the Province of Leyte.
