Vilma Santos-Recto is leading the race for Batangas governor for #Eleksyon2025, according to the partial and unofficial tally of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).
As of 10:47 p.m. on May 12, Santos-Recto had 602,051 votes, followed by Mike Rivera with 488,407.
Her son, Luis Lucky Manzano is behind Dodo Mandanas in the race for vice governor. Manzano has 519,953 votes, while Mandanas garnered 755,851 votes.
So far, a total of 1,563,840 vote, or 91.94% of the total votes out of 1,958,764 registered voters.
Batangas is the 7th vote-rich province with 1,958,794 registered voters in 2025, according to GMA Integrated News Research.
