The Commission on Elections-Northern Mindanao (COMELEC-10) has proclaimed the winning candidates in Iligan City and in the provinces of Camiguin, Bukidnon, and Misamis Occidental.

In Camiguin, Jurdin Jesus Romualdo was reelected as district representative after winning against his rival Paul Rodriguez.

Romualdo’s son, Incumbent Governor Xavier Jesus Romualdo, retained his post after defeating Homer Mabale.

In Bukidnon, O’Neil Roque was proclaimed governor after winning his second term. He defeated four other candidates.

His running mate, incumbent Vice Governor Clive Quiño, was also reelected.

In Misamis Occidental, Governor Henry Oaminal was reelected. His running mate Rowena Gutierrez was also elected as vice governor.

Oaminal’s son, Sancho Fernando Oaminal, won the congressional race for the province’s second district.

Meanwhile, incumbent Iligan City Mayor Frederick Siao secured his second term after winning the mayoral race while Celso Regencia was also reelected as lone district representative.
