A fire broke out at a commercial building in Barangay Taloy, San Carlos City, Pangasinan even as strong winds and rain battered the area morning on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
The fire started past 11 a.m. and was declared out by 1 p.m., according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire and where it started.
They have yet to determine the total damage and the value of the properties destroyed.
The building owner has not yet issued a statement about the incident.
