The Land Transportation Office (LTO) 6 has condemned another reckless stunt made by an individual in Western Visayas for alleged vlog (video log) content. 

The suspect found to be a resident of Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao District, Iloilo City was caught on video dancing on top of a moving tricycle, wearing only his underwear and a crash helmet.

He was with three other companions, one of which is a person of minor age.

One of the suspect's companions was seen wearing a festival headdress.

The incident took place at about 1 a.m. on July 31, 2025 along Diversion Road in Mandurriao.

According to Atty. Gaudioso Geduspan II, LTO 6 director, the irresponsible act has compromised the safety not just of the tricycle’s passengers but other motorists as well.

The registered owner of the tricycle is set to answer for the irresponsible act, or antic done in public.

A show cause order is set to be issued to the tricycle owner.

“I-sanction natin sila if may lisensya sila. Kung wala silang lisensya, we will prohibit them (from) getting driver’s license in the future,” Geduspan said.
