A cat named “Panther” survived after it was allegedly shot in the head with a marble gun in Barangay Sinuda, Kitaotao, Bukidnon.
The owner brought the cat to the Davao Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Davao City for surgery.
According to veterinarian, Dr. Ronald Lunar, the marble struck the cat’s nose and got lodged in its skull. Fortunately, the cat was brought to the clinic in time.
The surgery lasted for more than an hour before the marble was removed successfully.
The owner suspects a neighbor who owns a marble gun was responsible for the incident.
The cat is now in stable condition, and the owner is determined to file a complaint.
