The City of Talisay Traffic Operation and Development Authority (CT-TODA) has alerted the public about two men on board a motorcycle who robbed reportedly a delivery truck driver.

According to a post of CT-TODA, one was wounded in the incident that happened in Barangay San Isidro, Talisay City, Cebu on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

The driver sought help immediately from CT-TODA personnel in the area.

In a closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage, the suspects were seen on board a white Honda Beat motorcycle. The motorcycle driver was in black sweatshirt emblazoned with the word “Nike,” maong pants, and in white full-face crash helmet, while the man riding pillion wore a black full-face helmet, white pants, and white shirt.

The suspects are reportedly armed with a deadly weapon.

The public is urged to call immediately the City of Talisay Police Station through 09154347162 the moment they spot the suspects.
