Police arrested two men in Caloocan City suspected in the killing of two women found dead on a roadside in Palauig, Zambales.
Authorities said they traced the suspects to a hotel in Barangay Bagong Barrio. They recovered a gun and two vehicles allegedly used in their escape.
Investigators said the crime may be linked to illegal drugs.
Police are still pursuing two other companions of the suspects.
The arrested men will be turned over to the Zambales police for filing of charges. They have yet to release any statement.
