A mini dump truck parked by the roadside fell into a ravine after a dump truck rammed into it while maneuvering downhill in Barangay Campo Cuatro, Talisay City, Cebu afternoon on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
The dump truck was from Toledo City on its way to Barangay Tabunok in Talisay City.
According to City of Talisay Traffic Operations and Management Authority (CT-TODA), witnesses said that the dump truck was moving speedily from an elevated portion of the road. The mini dump truck fell off the cliff on impact.
According to Campo Cuatro Barangay Chairwoman Rowena Edar, the driver of the mini dump truck got off the vehicle minutes prior to the incident.
Meanwhile, the dump truck driver and the truck boy were reported injured in the incident.
