Four fishermen from Dingalan, Aurora, survived 10 hours adrift at sea after their boat sank off Dilasag town.
According to reports, the group left on evening on Tuesday, September 16, when strong waves suddenly hit their boat around 10 p.m., causing it to sink.
They clung to floating debris and drifted until morning on Wednesday, September 17, when passing fishermen spotted and rescued them around 8 a.m.
The rescued fishermen are all residents of Barangay Paltic, Dingalan.
They are now resting and will soon be reunited with their families.
