The Cebu Provincial Government is calling for help and donations as it placed the entire province under a state of calamity following the magnitude 6.9 earthquake on September 30, 2025.
The province said volunteers, goods, and transportation are needed most.
Governor Pamela Baricuatro called on the private sector and anyone willing to extend help to do so. Important items needed by those affected by the quake in northern Cebu include bottled water, tends, and ready to eat food.
In a post on the province's Facebook page, donations may be brought to the Command Center at the tent area at the Heritage Park at the Capitol Compound in Cebu City.
The province also needs medical volunteers to augment manpower. Those willing to volunteer may reach out to the provincial government through 09153303293.
The death toll from the magnitude 6.9 earthquake in northern Cebu has reached 53, based on data from the Joint Operation Center in Bogo City as of 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
