In Barangay 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, over 20 residents were evacuated due to flooding. After several hours, the water subsided. The evacuees returned to their residences.

State weather bureau PAGASA said that with the onset of Amihan (northeast monsoon) which brings cool winds, rains are still expected especially in the afternoon and evening due to the thunderstorm activity especially in Capiz, Aklan, and northern Iloilo.
