“Accordingly, sa investigation, na-lose control ‘yung driver,” Police Major Marcy Grace Marron, public information officer of the city police, said.

Authorities responded quickly to the scene and rushed the injured individuals, including the elderly driver and a pedestrian, to a nearby hospital.
