Tropical Storm #RamilPH moved northwest over Camarines Sur evening on Saturday, October 18, 2025, maintaining its strength while bringing heavy rains and strong winds across Southern Luzon and parts of the Visayas.
At 10 p.m., PAGASA located the storm’s center in Calabanga, Camarines Sur, with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 110 kph. It was moving northwest at 25 kph.
According to PAGASA, Ramil will continue to move northwest overnight and is expected to pass near the Polillo Islands by early Sunday, October 19. It may make landfall in Aurora province by Sunday morning or early afternoon before crossing the mountains of Northern Luzon.
The storm is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by morning on Monday, October 20, and may re-intensify over the West Philippine Sea.

PAGASA warned that storm surges of 1 to 2 meters may occur in low-lying coastal areas of Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Bicol Region, and parts of Northern Samar.
Sea travel is risky due to rough to very rough seas, especially along the eastern coasts of Luzon and Samar, where waves may reach up to 4.5 meters.
Residents in areas under wind signals and those prone to flooding and landslides are advised to stay alert and follow evacuation instructions from local authorities.
