A 30-year-old soldier, his pregnant wife, and their 13-year-old son died after a dump truck crashed into the motorcycle they were riding on the national highway in Pantukan, Davao de Oro evening on Monday, October 27, 2025.
According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, police said the victims were residents of Barangay Magnaga, Pantukan.
Based on initial investigation, the motorcycle and the truck were traveling in opposite directions when the truck allegedly overtook another vehicle and collided with the victims’ motorcycle.
The victims were rushed to the hospital but were declared dead on arrival.
The truck driver was taken into police custody.
