The body of a 15-year-old boy who was reported missing after drowning in the Davao River in Barangay Mandug, Davao City was found two days later.
His remains were found in the part of the river in another barangay, Barangay Tigatto, morning on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, the boy reportedly drowned while collecting freshwater shrimp in the river, based on investigation.
Reports said the boy may have been carried by the current and did not know how to swim.
