Tropical Storm "Tino" (international name: Kalmaegi) may make landfall over Caraga or Eastern Visayas morning on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, according to DOST-PAGASA weather specialist Obet Badrina.

Badrina added that Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 will be hoisted over Eastern Visayas and Caraga on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

#TinoPH was located 990 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas, as of 8 a.m. on November 2, 2025.

Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA 10j) is still being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on November 2, 2025 and is unlikely to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours, DOST-PAGASA said in an advisory.
