Tropical cyclone Kalmaegi (international name) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was assigned the domestic name "Tino," according to PAGASA's Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Number 1 at 11 a.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

The center of Tropical Storm Tino was estimated based on all available data at 955 km East of Eastern Visayas (11.1°N, 134.5°E)

Maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 105 km/h, and central pressure of 994 hPa

Westward at 30 km/h

Strong to gale-force winds extend outwards up to 240 km from the center
