Governor Pamela Baricuatro suspended classes in all levels in the Province of Cebu on November 3, 2025, until further notice.
The suspension is based on the forecast of PAGASA on #TinoPH (international name: Kalmaegi) expected to bring strong winds, heavy rainfall, and possible storm surge in Cebu.
Red Alert status has been hoisted over the province, according to the Capitol Provincial Information Office based on the recommendation of the Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
