State weather bureau PAGASA issued Storm Surge Warning Number 2 at 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025 in view of #TinoPH.
"A high risk of storm surge may occur in the next 48 hours," PAGASA said.
There is a possibility of inundation from rising sea water along with high waves in the low-lying coastal communities in the provinces/municipalities of:
Estimated storm surge heights: more than 3 meters
EASTERN SAMAR
Estimated storm surge heights: 2.1-3 meters
DINAGAT ISLANDS, EASTERN SAMAR, LEYTE, NORTHERN SAMAR, SAMAR (WESTERN SAMAR), SURIGAO DEL NORTE
Estimated storm surge heights: 1-2 meters
