At least 52 individuals perished during the onslaught of Typhoon Tino in the Province of Negros Occidental on November 4, 2025, according to data from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).

Of the local government units (LGUs), La Castellana has logged the most number of casualties at ten (10). Moises Padilla has nine (9), while Hinigaran has eight (8).

PDRRMO said that the figures could change because of ongoing verification with the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

Meanwhile, a total of 137,596 families, or 517,793 individuals, have been affected by Typhoon Tino in Negros Occidental based on PDRRMO report.

Of the said figures, 23,887 families or 77,590 individuals stayed at evacuation centers.

Delivery of relief assistance from the Provincial Government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development to affected residents is ongoing, as of this writing.
