A former board member in Maguindanao del Sur survived an attempt on his life after assailants opened fire on his vehicle while he was driving in Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat on Monday, November 10, 2025.
The victim identified as Taharuddin Mlok survived unharmed as his vehicle was bulletproof.
However, the front portion of the vehicle, including the door, was riddled with bullet holes after the attack.
Authorities are still investigating the incident to identify the perpetrators and determine the motive.
GMA Regional TV One Mindanao is reaching out to the victim for a statement, as of this writing.
