The center of Tropical Depression Wilma was estimated based on all available data at 625 kilometers east of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.6°N, 130.4°E) at 10 a.m., says state weather bureau PAGASA in its 11 a.m. advisory on Thursday, December 4, 2025. 

Intensity:

Maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and central pressure of 1004 hPa

Present Movement:

West southwestward at 20 km/h

Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:

Strong winds extend outwards up to 200 km from the center
