Regular employees of the Iloilo Provincial Government are set to receive in December 2025 bonuses not less than P50,000. 

Three of four types of incentives have been approved. These are the Performance-Based Bonus that is worth half of their monthly salary, Collective Negotiation Incentive worth ₱30,000; and Service Recognition Incentive worth ₱20,000.

The fourth type of bonus is the Productivity Enhancement Incentive that is awaiting completion of guidelines.

Meanwhile, Contract of Service and Job-Hire employees will receive gratuity pay worth P7,000, according to Iloilo Vice Governor Nathalie Ann Debuque.

The bonuses will be released from December 16 to 31, 2025.

Debuque urged employees to stay dedicated to their service, as the government ensures a system of incentives and rewards to motivate them, recognize their exemplary service, and encourage desired behaviors in line with public service.

On the other hand, a few Capitol employees pointed out to the news team that these incentives are classified taxable income.
