A motorcycle rider was killed after the motorcycle he was riding crashed into an oncoming bus on the national highway in Barangay Mercedes, Zamboanga City on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Due to the impact, the victim’s left leg was severed, and his motorcycle was wrecked.
He was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Authorities are still investigating the incident to determine if the rider was under the influence of alcohol at that time.
The bus driver was taken into police custody after the incident.
