Hospitals activated Code White Alert in preparation for possible incidents related to the revelry on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
Code White means a heightened state of readiness in hospitals and health facilities.
The Mandaue City Hospital is among medical facilities that prepare for possible incidents related to the celebration.
Staff members are on standby for probable surge of patients on Christmas Eve.
According to Dr. Ligaya Dargantes, chief of hospital, they are ready to attend to patients such as the wounded in relation to the merriment.
“Naa naman tay mga specialists pud on board at any time simbako lang og naay mag-emergency nato og operate, capable naman pud atoang ospital,” Dargantes said.
