Sinulog 2026 kicked off officially via an opening salvo and launching parade from the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño de Cebu to the Cebu City Sports Center on Friday, January 9, 2026.
Sinulog is deemed as the "country’s grandest celebration of devotion to Señor Santo Niño—a living tradition where history, culture, and belief come together in one powerful movement of unity and hope."
