The Top 1 in the list of Most Wanted Persons - Regional Level in Calabarzon was arrested in Oras, Eastern Samar.
He was arrested in a joint operation of the Police Regional Office (PRO) 8 and PRO 4A in Barangay Burak, Oras, Eastern Samar.
The suspect, alias “Ryan,” 27 years old, a laborer, is a resident of the said area.
According to the chief of Oras Municipal Police Station, Police Captain Ericson Balbaboco, the suspect has two cases for rape and a case for acts of lasciviousness while he was in San Mateo, Rizal.
He is in hiding in Oras.
GMA Regional TV Balitang Bisdak tried to seek a statement from the suspect, but he refused an interview.
