As the Province of Cebu prepares for Tropical Depression Basyang, the following Local Government Units (LGUs) declared the suspension of in-person classes on Wednesday, February 4, 2026:

* Danao City - all levels public and private;

* Carmen - all levels public and private;

* Compostela - all levels public and private (pre-school to senior high school);

* Cordova- all levels in public schools;

* Catmon - all levels public and private.
