Location of Center (7 p.m.): The center of Tropical Depression Basyang was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Dalaguete, Cebu (9.7°N, 123.6°E).

Intensity: Maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 75 km/h, and central pressure of 1002 hPa

Present Movement: West northwestward at 10 km/h

Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds: Strong winds extend outwards up to 330 km from the center
