Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Province of Cebu have suspended face-to-face classes at all levels and have shifted to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 due to persistent rains dumped by the shear line.
The following LGUs have declared class suspension of in-person classes: Daanbantayan, Tabogon, Medellin, Catmon, Cordova, Tabuelan, Talisay City, Minglanilla, Consolacion, San Fernando, Balamban, Danao City, Toledo City, Liloan, Compostela, Mandaue City, Aloguinsan, Sibonga, Santa Fe, Bantayan, Tabogon, Borbon, and Alcantara.
Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City have cancelled in-person classes as well.
