The 21-year-old driver in a hit-and-run case in Cebu City showed up at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Central Visayas.

Sean Andrew Parajillo, the suspect in the hit-and-run incident that killed 23-year-old businessman Kingston Cheng in Barangay Banilad, Cebu City dawn on February 8, 2026 appeared at LTO 7 on Wednesday, February 18. 

Pajarillo was with his father in an appearance at the office of LTO 7 Operations Head, Atty. Vince Santiago, following a show cause order issued against him.

His driver’s license is suspended for 90 days for reported drunk driving that resulted in two incidents of hit and run. 

LTO 7 Director Francisco Ranches, Jr. said that result is expected to be released after three days and that they will make a recommendation to the national office. 

Pajarillo was charged for reckless imprudence resulting to the death of Cheng in Paseo Saturnino, Maria Luisa Road, Barangay Banilad. 

Pajarillo posted bail worth P72,000.
