President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. launched the Pag-Abot Processing Center in Liloan, Cebu as his administration reaffirms the government’s commitment to assist people living on the streets by providing their basic needs, said a GMA News Online report.

Marcos inspected the Pag-Abot Processing Center on Thursday, February 26, 2026, and visited its clinic, processing area for beneficiary assessment, profiling, biometrics, and clothing distribution, storage, and laundry area.

The agency's program provides health services, food, clothing, psychosocial and livelihood support, temporary housing, and family reintegration to help beneficiaries achieve stable and dignified lives.

In close coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government and local government units,  the DSWD is reaching out to families in street situations to ensure their inclusion in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program and other social protection initiatives.

Those who welcomed the President include DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, Tourism Secretary Christina Frasco, Cebu 5th District Representative Vincent Franco (Duke) Frasco, Liloan Mayor Aljew Fernando Frasco, and Liloan Vice Mayor Margarita Frasco.
