A 47-year-old delivery man was found dead with stab wounds in Tibungco, Davao City dawn on Monday, April 13, 2026.
According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, police identified the victim as alias “Jose.”
Based on initial investigation, residents found the victim lifeless with stab wounds in the head and back in an alley at past 1 a.m.
Authorities recovered the victim’s personal belongings from the crime scene, including money.
Police launched a follow-up operation and reviewed CCTV footage in the area.
Investigation is ongoing, as of this writing, to identify the suspects and determine the motive in the killing.
The Bunawan Police Station said several persons of interest have been identified and is continuing to gather evidence for the filing of charges.
