Police have identified several suspects of a robbery-holdup at a jewelry store inside a mall in Buhangin, Davao City on April 11, 2026.

According to a report by GMA Super Radyo Davao, Davao City Police Office (DCPO) Director, Col. Peter Madria, said at least seven suspects, who are not residents of the city, were identified.

Madria added that DCPO has already coordinated with the Police Regional Office-Davao (PRO-11) headquarters to track the whereabouts of the suspects.

Authorities are set to file charges against the suspects this week.

It can be recalled that robbers carted away jewelry items from the store and fled on motorcycles.

DCPO formed a special investigation team composed of investigators and personnel from the Scene of the Crimes Operatives (SOCO to conduct a thorough probe.

Madria added that investigators will also look into whether the suspects are members of a syndicate or an organized criminal group and if there is a mastermind behind the robbery.
