A year after the former President was put behind bars in The Hague, the International Criminal Court (ICC) Pre-Trial Chamber I confirmed all the charges against Rodrigo Duterte over his drug war and committed him for trial.
In a 50-page document, the Chamber ordered the Registrar to transmit the decision and the record fo the proceedings to the ICC Presidency.
The decision was signed by Presiding Judge Iulia Antoanella Motoc, Judge Reine Adélaïde Sophie Alapini Gansou, and Judge María del Socorro Flores Liera.
