CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Classes in public preschools through high schools are suspended on August 13 and 14. The suspension of classes in private schools and higher education institutions shall be left to the discretion of their respective school administrators.

ILIGAN CITY – Classes for from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in both public and private schools in Iligan City are suspended on August 13, with learning to continue through alternative delivery modes (ADM) such as modular, print-based, or online learning from home.

SURIGAO DEL SUR

Bislig City - Classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended on Thursday, August 13, due to the extreme heat index expected to reach 43°C to 45°C.

DAVAO DE ORO

New Bataan - Classes at all levels in public and private schools are suspended starting August 13, 2026, until further notice, with classes shifting to blended learning.
