Two graduates of the Visayas State University-Baybay City in the Province of Leyte topped the December 2023 Chemists Licensure Examinations.
Krizzia Mae Dampios Ignacio ranked Number 1 with a passing rate of 92.60 percent while James Moreno Mortel ranked Number 5 with a passing rate of 88.90 percent.
Ignacio is from Ormoc City, while Mortel is from the City of Baybay. The two considered the favorable results in the licensure exam as "best Christmas presents."
The Professional Regulation Commission announced that 594 out of 1,148 passed the 2023 Chemists Licensure Examination held on December 13-14, 2023.
