The Provincial Sports Meet in Negros Occidental has proceeded as scheduled despite the hot weather but the sports events observe certain hours only.
According to the Public Information Officer of the Department of Education Division of Negros Occidental, the events are set from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m, and back at around 3 p.m.
