Boxer and GMA Sparkle artist Eman Bacosa Pacquiao is taking a break from showbiz to focus on his upcoming boxing match on February 28, 2026 in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

Pacquiao underwent intensive training in a boxing gym in Davao City on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, as he prepares for his fight, which marks his first time to compete in an eight-round professional boxing.

He is scheduled to face Indonesian boxer Reynold Kundimang in the upcoming bout.

Pacquiao holds an undefeated professional record of seven wins, with four victories coming by knockout, zero losses, and one draw.

He said he continues to work on improving his defense, counterpunching, footwork, and overall boxing style compared to his previous fight.

“‘Yung depensa ko at tsaka pag-counter ko ganun. Tsaka ‘yung foot work ko. Gusto ko pong mas maayos pa ‘yung istilo ko sa boxing kesa nung last fight ko po,” Pacquiao said.

While focusing on conditioning and training, Pacquiao also makes time to rest and review his previous matches and techniques taught by his coaches.

“Tinitignan ko po ‘yung mga fight ko tapos kain, pahinga, relax, walang ibang isipin kundi review ‘yung mga boxing na tinuturo, technique na tinuturo sa akin ng mga coach ko, ganun,” Pacquiao added.

Pacquiao shared that his family remains his primary source of inspiration and support in every fight, along with his faith and supporters.

“Syempre unang-una ang Panginoon at magulang ko, at tsaka sa mga sumusuporta sa akin diyan,” Pacquiao said.

Pacquiao is expected to return to his showbiz commitments after the scheduled match.
