As Bacolod City observes the 46th MassKara Festival, GMA Regional TV– the Kapuso network’s regional arm– joins the celebration of one of the grandest and most iconic festivals in the country through a special coverage on October 19, Sunday.

MassKara Festival is an annual celebration held every 4th Sunday of October in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental that gathers thousands of tourists eager to witness the vibrant festival, where a mass of smiling mask-wearing performers parade the streets of the country’s “City of Smiles.”
