Paolo Contis cites his family as his inspiration after 'Through Night and Day' tops Netflix PH
Paolo Contis feels like on cloud nine upon learning that his 2018 film with Alessandra De Rossi, Through Night and Day, is the most-watched movie on Netflix Philippines, as of today, July 13. It began streaming on the popular site last July 9.
On Instagram today, July 14, the Kapuso actor expressed gratitude to his partner, LJ Reyes, daughter Summer, and stepson Aki for being his inspiration to do his best as an artist.
"Pag happy sila, happy ako!! thank you sa inyo, Mahal..!! @lj_reyes kayo ang inspirasyon ko to always do my best!" Paolo wrote in the caption, accompanied by a short clip where Summer and Aki are seen beside a TV screen showing Through Night and Day being the top one on Netflix Philippines.
In the same post, Paolo thanked those who sent him kind words about his impressive performance in the hit movie.
He said, "Thank you din for all the kind words everyone! I truly appreciate it! #ThroughNightAndDay is still Number 1 sa @netflixph kaya nood lang ng nood!! Iyak lang ng iyak!!"
The 2018 comedy film, Ang Pangarap Kong Holdap, where Paolo played one of the lead actors, also premiered on Netflix recently.
