Paalala niya, “Work hard, and always go beyond the minimum requirement. Always go the extra mile. Still love what they’re doing and remind themselves why in the first place did they audition and join the show.”

“It gets more and more difficult but during moments when you don’t feel good… remind yourself ‘Why did I join the show? What’s the thing that I love the most that made me join the show?’” diin niya.

Ang working relationship naman among the boys ang binigyang diin ni Coach Sweet Plantado.

Sambit niya, “Get to know each other all over again. Talk, talk about anything and just be together. Kami ni Coach Moy with our group sa The CompanY, we really exert effort to be together and get to know each other kasi nagre-reflect ‘yun sa stage.”

Dugtong din niya, “Alamin niyo ‘yung strengths and weakness ng bawat isa and learn from it. Bottom line, enjoy lang talaga and sing from the heart.”

Ang dance coaches na sina Madelle at Prince Paltu-ob, matindi ang paninindigan sa kakayanan ng To The Top finalists.

Ani Coach Madelle, “Don't let this competition define who you are. Kumbaga they are worth so much more than what this contest dictates. I know they will change the game when it comes to Pinoy boy bands. Hindi lang sila pa-cute. Talagang may talent. Talagang may substance.”

Mensahe naman ni Coach Prince, “Always remember to stay positive, stay humble, work hard, train hard. Always put dedication to your work because that's where the results are gonna come out. Share what your message is and always remember where you started.”
