'Wish I May' by Alden Richards debuts at the top spot of iTunes charts

‘Wish I May’ debuted on the number one spot of the iTunes PH Top Singles list.

The single of Alden Richards titled ‘Wish I May’ debuted on the number one spot of the iTunes PH Top Singles list, immediately after it was made available at 11 p.m. last night.
As of this writing, the original track written for the Kapuso performer is the only song by a Filipino artist on the Top 100 charts.
Alden expressed surprise over the news that ‘Wish I May’ is already a chart topper and added that he has been receiving many unexpected blessings recently.
“’Di ko po inexpect. As in ang dami ko po talagang hindi ine-expect na mga nangyayari ngayon. Pero I’m just so thankful… Sana po nagugustuhan nila 'yung [song] na rinecord ko for GMA Records,” he said.
He hinted that fans could expect more music from him soon.
“Marami pa po akong sorpresa sa mga ilalabas ko pong singles soon… It’s all love songs at naglagay ako ng at least isang praise song doon… May mga covers din,” he shared.
‘Wish I May’ is available worldwide via Deezer and iTunes.
