Julie Anne San Jose's album 'Deeper' reaches triple platinum record

Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI) Chairman Atty Marivic Benedicto handed the award to the Kapuso singer-actress on 'Sunday PinaSaya' today, January 24.

Julie Anne San Jose's second album titled 'Deeper' has reached the triple platinum status. The album, which was released in 2014, has already sold a massive 45,000 units in both CD and digital formats.

Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI) Chairman Atty Marivic Benedicto handed the award to the Kapuso singer-actress on 'Sunday PinaSaya' today, January 24.

"Gusto ko pong magpasalamat, unang-una sa lahat, sa Panginoon. Thank you so much, Lord, sa lahat po ng blessings po na natatanggap ko. And of course, PARI, thank you so much. Sunday PinaSaya family, thank you po. And of course, sa pamilya ko na palaging nandyan po para po sa 'kin. Sobrang grateful po ako and most of all, sa aking mga supporters, Adiks, thank you so much. I wouldn't be where I am right now if it wasn't for you," said Julie Anne.

'Deeper,' 'Right Where You Belong,' and 'Tulad Mo' were among the popular hits in the album.

On her Instagram, Julie Anne thanked those who helped her achieve this prestigious award.
