Noong April 7, opisyal na ni-release sa video sharing site na YouTube ang official music video. Sa kasabay na araw din lumabas ang lyric video ng parehong kanta.

Ang "Forever With You" ay bahagi ng kanyang self-titled album na inilunsad noong April 2015 under GMA Records.
