Kyline Alcantara is the new face of iconic local makeup brand
Kapuso star Kyline Alcantara adds a new feather to her cap as she becomes the newest face of the iconic local makeup brand, Ever Bilena.
The I Left My Heart In Sorsogon actress is elated and grateful to be one of the beauty ambassadors of the popular beauty brand.
“Honestly, I was very excited and kinakabahan ako, and I'm so happy. Lahat 'yan sama-sama nung sinabi sa'kin.” Kyline said during the virtual media event. “Because siyempre, hello? To be the face of such an iconic brand, like it's a brand I grew up with and still using until now. And so, to be part of the Ever Bilena family is such a dream come true. So, maraming, maraming, maraming salamat po.”
She said she's also proud to lead the brand's new beauty campaign, which encourages Filipinas to embrace their natural beauty.
“It's really exciting to see a beauty brand take this step, lalo na ngayon sobrang uso talaga 'yung filters, intense editing, and all that. Honestly, dumaan din ako sa ganung phase ko. But ngayon na-appreciate ko talaga 'yung raw, authentic…'yung unique type of showing your real self. So, I'm super happy that I'm part of Ever Bilena during all of this.”

Kyline also emphasized the importance of feeling beautiful amid these difficult times.
“To be completely honest, may mga tamad days din naman po ako when it comes to my beauty routine. Pero iba talaga ang nagagawa ng konting makeup, kahit light makeup lang to brighten up the day.”
She also shared an empowering message for Filipinas about beauty and confidence.
“This is a general life lesson that I learned. You can apply this to any situation in your life. The only consistent thing in our life is change. So, we need to adapt to all of those changes, sa beauty man, sa challenges man sa buhay."
She added, “You also need to love yourself first, to accept kung sino ka talaga, kung ano man ang nasa mukha mo, and kung ano mang flaws mo sa katawan. And in order for you to love yourself, you need to know your Creator. Because you need to know kung gaano ka Niya kamahal, kahit gaano ka man ka-sinful and gaano ka man kabuti.”
